The order deadline is August 1. This gives us time to pack the kits and ensure that they are ready for your child before the first day of class.
Your kit will be delivered directly to the address you provide at check-out, typically within 2 weeks of placing an order. Orders placed early in the season may take longer based on our fulfilment process.
Yes, you can remove products in the kit! But keep in mind that the items on the list are those required on your supply list. If you remove items from the kit, be prepared to bring them on the first day of class.
We do not publicly share any information you provide in the checkout experience. We ask for details like your child's name to make sure you receive your school supply kit without issues, and to make sure the shopping experience is seamless for you ongoing. We value your family's privacy.
Due to the custom nature of the school supply kits we build for each partner school, we do not accept returns. That said, if you have any issues with your purchase (such as damaged products), please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team at help@myimpacks.com. We offer a 100% no charge replacement or refund on all defective products. Please provide photographic evidence to assist with your request. Donations can not be refunded, as they are delivered to schools (with the Impacks Match, if applicable).
