What if I have a question about the school supply kits?

If you have any questions about the school supply kits, products within the kits, order deadline, delivery, donations, or anything else, please contact: help@myimpacks.com. Please reach out to our support team, and not your school administrators, so we can quickly answer any questions.

What if I don’t receive a product in my supply kit, or if a product is damaged?

We pride ourselves on providing a quality experience for our customers. We check each product before it leaves our facility to ensure quality and accuracy. That said, if a product is missing or damaged, please contact us immediately so we can help resolve the issue. Send us an email at help@myimpacks.com. For any defective products, we offer a 100% no charge replacement or refund on all defective products. Please provide photographic evidence to assist with your request

When do orders have to be placed?

The order deadline is July 15. This gives us time to pack the kits and ensure that they are ready for your child before the first day of class.

When and how will we receive our kit?

Your kit will be available for pick up at your school during orientation/open house prior to the first day of school.

Can I remove items from the kit?

Yes, you can remove products in the kit! But keep in mind that the items on the list are those required on your supply list. If you remove items from the kit, be prepared to bring them on the first day of class.

Do you sell my name & child’s information?

We do not publicly share any information you provide in the checkout experience. We ask for details like your child’s name to make sure you receive your school supply kit without issues, and to make sure the shopping experience is seamless for you ongoing. We value your family’s privacy.

Do you accept returns?

Due to the custom nature of the school supply kits we build for each partner school, we do not accept returns. That said, if you have any issues with your purchase (such as damaged products), please do not hesitate to reach out to our support team at help@myimpacks.com. For any defective products, we offer a 100% no charge replacement or refund on all defective products. Please provide photographic evidence to assist with your request. Donations can not be refunded, as they are delivered to schools (with the Impacks Match, if applicable).
